Privacy notice

Information submitted through the inquiry form is collected to respond to requests for details, photographs, or a viewing of this boat.

Information collected

The form collects your name, email address, telephone number, purchase or co-ownership interest, what you are asking for, and any message you write. Inquiry records also include named campaign identifiers, the landing-page path and referring site when available. Campaign context is retained for this browser tab so we can understand which sources generate inquiries. The request itself also records your browser user-agent and the country it was sent from.

How it is used

The information is used to answer your inquiry, arrange any follow-up you ask for, and keep a record of the conversation. It is not sold and it is not shared for anyone else's marketing.

Service providers

The site is hosted and delivered through Cloudflare. Inquiries are stored on that same infrastructure and forwarded by email to the address below. A notification alert is also sent, carrying no contact details.
